Grants Precast have been awarded the highly prestigious brick faced precast to the new King’s Court development in the heart of London’s Covent Garden.
The facades use high quality hand made bricks which have been expertly chosen to match the history and ambiance of the surrounding properties while creating a subtle air of distinction and character.
The 100,000 square feet mixed-use scheme (including over 20,000 square feet of new space) will improve pedestrian flow around the estate by creating a new passageway connecting Long Acre and King Street.
The development will create eight new retail units, two new restaurants and forty-five premium apartments centred around a new public courtyard.
