The project comprises the redevelopment of number 6 St James’s Square and 10-11 Babmaes Street to provide 112,000 sq ft of commercial offices, 13 residential units and a small art gallery.

The new St James’s Square elevation of number 6 will be sympathetic to its neighbours and very much in keeping with the overall style of the square.

It is being constructed using high quality Portland Stone on precast concrete panels specially designed to give a monolithic handset appearance. Grants Precast have manufactured the Portland stone and the Precast Panels at our new state of the art factories in Cadeby. It is the attention to detail which makes this high quality facade become the new bench-mark in stone on precast panels.
